West Virginia Birth to Three greatly appreciates the time and commitment of our RSVP volunteers: Becky Weigand and Ann Niciforos. They are dependable, helpful and have quickly become part of our office team. They assist us with our daily filing and clerical work.

They have even offered to continue with our office if the RSVP program was discontinued.  Our entire Birth to Three team thanks them and the program itself.
